Summer Challenge
As Juneathon was nearing to its end, I browsed through some fellow runners’ blogs and bumped into Leona’s invitation for the “Letní výzva” (Summer Challenge). At first, I thought this was not meant for me but then I realised that the ever present sward of laziness was hanging above my head and subscribed to it after all.
What does it mean? Luckily not as tough as the Athons, this challenge that takes place throughout the months July and August is about maintaining the minimum of 3 workouts each week, one of them at least 90 minutes long and the remaining 2 at least 30 minutes. Should be doable, don’t you think, kids?Kicked off tonight by a 10K run.

Every mom, even the busy one.. even the breast feeding one.. is working hard, and on a regular basis!!!:).. OMG! I have to .. I have to.. I have to … It’s time to run more and harder!!:)
